CFBG Meet the Buyer event – July 2024
Key leadership, sales and buying representatives from all eight Caterfood Buying Group Members gathered in Milton Keynes on the 23rd and 24th July for our first dedicated Meet the Buyer networking event.
A rare opportunity to get so many CFBG faces together in a room – including a team from our newest member, Turner Price! This was also the first CFBG event for Tom Workman, our recently appointed Commercial Director, who presented to delegates alongside MD Phil Atyeo on the Group’s future plans.
With more than 40 suppliers in attendance over the two-day event, this was the perfect showcase for a mix of Caterfood Collection own-brand products and NPD, as well as favourite brands which have performed well in some of our businesses and we’re keen to make these tried and tested products available throughout the Group.
We really appreciate everyone for joining us at our first Meet the Buyer session and encourage suppliers and CFBG members to save the dates for our annual Winter Conference
– taking place on the 27th and 28th November.
