Each fillet is packed fresh (without brine) and vacuum-frozen, to lock in the natural freshness and flavour; offering a truly fantastic product. The careful deep-skinning process removes not just the skin but also the dark grey flesh, which is often unattractive to customers. Each fillet weighs between 200 - 230g and there are 10 frozen Caterfood Select salmon fillets per pack.
