A magnificent version of this classic cake, this handmade coffee sponge is soft and sumptuous, with crunchy walnut pieces running through it. For extra coffee flavour, once it is out of the oven the Caterfood Select Coffee and Walnut Cake is drizzled with a divine coffee syrup, then filled and topped with a rich, thick coffee buttercream and traditionally decorated with walnut pieces. Each cake is pre-cut into 14 slices and frozen, with each slice weighing approx. 160g. Simply defrost and serve.
